Shipments

Packages are generally dispatched within 1 business day after receipt of payment and are shipped via Canada Post's Expedited Parcel or Xpresspost. Whichever service choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online. All bottles of juice will be vacuum sealed. 

eJuicebox.ca is not responsible for delays in shipping once the order has been shipped out. 

Ordering

We advise you to group your items in one order to minimize on shipping costs, and also to verify your purchase prior to completing the order. Orders cannot be changed or cancelled once shipped. 

Payments

Currently Interact E-Transfer is the only method of payment for orders requiring shipping. Details for InterAct e-transfer are shown after order completion in your browser as well as e-mailed. Please make sure to add the order number in the notes/details of the e-transfer. 

Reward Points

For every $10 ordered, you will receive 1 point. Each point can be converted to an in store voucher credit worth $0.30. Eg. 10 points is $3. Points can only be used towards the purchase of juice. Points do not expire, but once converted to vouchers, vouchers expire after 1 year. Points are approved for use once the order has shipped or is completed. 

Refunds

Due to the nature of ejuice and subjective tastes, there are no refunds. If an error is made at the fault of eJuicebox.ca (ie: the wrong nicotine concentration or wrong flavour sent) a replacement bottle will be sent free of charge.
